We feature many spacious areas that meet the needs of nearly all events; including a spacious and beautiful lawn.

Rentals to Non-Profits

There is no charge to non-profit organization who meet at the Green Roof Area Center.

Rentals to Individuals

Cost is calculated by the hour.

$15/hour for the front fireplace lounge area.

$30/hour for the conference room & dining hall.

$35/hour for the conference room and dining.

Damage Deposit

We require a damage deposit of $50 at the time of submitting your application.
This deposit can be applied to the final rental cost if there is no damage.

Application

We require a completed application prior to your rental. Application may be picked up at the Green Roof Area Center or downloaded here.

To return application, bring back to the Green Roof Area Center or email to pareacenter@gmail.com.
